Cadet College Esa Khel is an autonomous educational institute of Government of the Punjab that endeavors to impart quality education to the students of remote areas. It is fully residential and provides curricular and co-curricular activities to its students. Presently, the College is seeking an experienced and visionary leader as Principal (resident based) on contract basis initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to performance evaluation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA/PAY PACKAGE Minimum Qualification MA/MSc at least 2nd Division from a recognized University. Experience • At least 17 yeo,:, Maching/ administrative experience in a recognized institute oi 2cademic excellence. Age Not more than 55 years (can be relaxed for candidates having experie-ce of Cadet College). Pay package BPS-20 plus u•,:ial allowances, Hard Area Allowance, accommodation/ conveyance allowance (negotiable) and upon approval of BOG.
GENERAL INFORMATION:- ? Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview. Candidates are required to submit applications alongwith CV, attested copies of testimonials, other supporting documents and two recent passport size coloured photographs. fr Candidates serving in Government/ Semi Government and Autonomous Organizations should apply through proper channel. However, they can submit advance copy of the application to save the time. fr Incomplete applications or application received after due date will not be entertained.
