Applications are invited from qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals on purely contractual basis under ADP scheme 541 (2019-20) titled "Sindh Solar Energy Project" having domicile of province of Sindh. The Project Management Unit has hired M/S Sindh Testing Services Pakistan (STS) to conduct the initial Screening test / Written test. The required educational qualification and experiences are available at website www.sindheneray,gov.pk and www.sindhtestingservice.org. The brief details are as under:

Manager Solar Home Systems (PPS-9)
Should have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with Masters in Management Sciences and substantial Project development and execution.
Preferably background experience in provisioning of energy access to off-grid and grid-deficient areas. Experience in microfinance sector would be plus. Manager will need to have experience in dealing with international and bilateral originations. Since the project requires closed collaboration with other donors active in the sector.

IT Database Manager (PPS-9)
Master's Degree in Computer Sciences/MIS/ Business Administration (specialization in IT) or with a major in a relevant discipline. MIS related qualification / certification.
At least ten years' experience in IT field, after acquiring stipulated qualifica-tion, at the National level or with International organizations/Donor projects (including public sector 1CT solution), Excellent technical and conceptual knowledge about MIS. Excellent Public financial management principles and practices prior work experience in crises affected areas would be advantage. Experience in IT assessment, Development and Knowledge of relevant global practices. Experience in the area of information system applications with citizen servicing systems is advantage.

Accounting Officer PPS-8 Administrative Officer (PPS-7)
At least Master's Degree from HEC recognized University preferably in Accounting or Finance Preferabl CMA/CPAJCA/ACCA Or e•uivalent MBA in Business Administration or relative field.
At least the five (05) years of Progressive. Experience of Financial Management Services. (Post qualification) in the public & private energy sector. Ten years of post-qualification working experience and adequate provision experience as administration manager, in-depth understanding of office management procedure and departmental and legal policies. Proficient in MS Office.

Candidates already In Government service should apply through proper channeVhaving NOC from respective departments/organizations otherwise their candidature will not be accepted. 4. Incomplete Application & those received after due date shall not be entertained. 5. Deposited Test Fee is Non-refundable & Non-Transferable. 6. Domicile & PRC (Form ID) must be of Sindh Province. 7. The Candidates applying more than one position need to apply separately for each position. 8. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview, 9. The Time & Venue of Screening test shall be Intimated later on through SMS & STS website. The shortlisted / eligible candidates are advised to download their admit card from STS Website. 10. If any documents provided by candidate are found bogus during the recruit-ment process and afterwards the appointment will be treated as cancelled. 11. Only short listed who shall qualify screening test of STS by obtaining at least 50% Marks and their documents are complete in all respects shall be called for interview. The candidates are advised in their own interest to check the eligibility criteria, experience and requisite documents prior to apply. 12. Candidate should bring original documents along with attested copy of all these relevant documents at the time of interview. 13. Male & Female both can apply. 14. 15. Women/Disabled & Minorities quota shall also be observed / maintained strictly according to existing rules/policy of Government of Sindh.
Interested individuals fulfilling the above criteria should download the Application Form along with the prescribed Test Fee Deposit Slip from STS website, (www.sindhtestingservIce.org). Pay the Screening Test fee of Rs. 209/- in any of the country-wide online branch of Sindh Bank Ltd. and Meezan Bank. Attach the paid copy of deposit slip with the filled-up application form. Application Forms Improperly filled-up, Incomplete, without paid copy of deposit slip will be rejected. Please submit your screening test fees through prescribed deposit slip on any online branch of designated bank. Applications submitted by hand will NOT BE ENTERTAINED. STS will not be responsible for the late receipt of applications sent through post or by any courier service. Last Date of Submission of Application Form Is 20th February. 2020.
