CAREER OPPORTUNITY (Operations Lead )

A leading development sector organization in Islamabad is looking for a Senior professional for the position of
Operations Lead
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of all project interventions including implementation of sub-contracts and grant based activities. S/he will represent the organization in all the project operation meetings at various levels, facilitate donor missions and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization. The job entails finalization of reports for project activities as well as compilation of other periodic reports on project progress. S/he shall also ensure that all interventions carried out by the organization are complying with the project design, reporting, communication, visibility and other guidelines provided by the donor. Position requires at least 16 years of education, preferably Masters in Project Management/ Business Administration / Public Administration / Social Sciences or other relevant discipline from an H EC recognized institution. Minimum 10 years' relevant project management experience with a largescale foreign donor-funded development projects. understanding of financial budgeting, at least 03 years' experience in leading the project team is essentially required. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, result oriented in approach, a strong decision maker, an exceptional team player with multi-tasking ability, having collaborative management style to effectively lead a diverse team, and proven track of successful relationship management with donors, government institutions, and other internal/ external stakeholders. Excellent leadership. interpersonal and communication skills, ability to perform in fast-paced pressure environment with tight deadlines, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to extensively travel in the field cross Pakistan is vital for the role.
