Planning and Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from suitable candidates for the following positions purely on contract basis (Fixed Project Salary) in the Project titled as "Establishment of Centralized GIS Facilities" for a period of one year till completion of the project.
S.# 1 Post No. of Posts 01 Required Qualification and Experience At least 2n° class degree of BS/BCS/BIT (4 years) /MIT/MCS/M.Sc in Computer Science / Computer System Engineering/Software Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institution and 3 years of relevant experience in Database, PHP, JavaScript, SQL Server and latest web technologies. Database Administrator (BPS-17) 2 GIS Associate (BPS-17) 01 At least 2nu Class M.Sc (GIS)/BS (GIS)/BS in Geomatics (GIS/RS) from HEC recognized University with 3 years of relevant GIS experience or M.Sc (Computer Science)/BCS/MCS/BIT/MIT, BS (Computer System Engineering/Software Engineering),/M.Sc/BS in (Geography)/Geology/Environmental Sciences) with one year Post Graduate Diploma (GIS/RS) from HEC recognized institutions and 3 years of relevant GIS experience. 3 GIS Analyst (BPS-16) 12 At least r Class M.Sc (GIS)/BS (GIS)/BS in Geomatics (GIS/RS) from HEC recognized University with 1 years of relevant GIS experience or M.Sc (Computer Science)/BCS/MCS/BIT/MIT. BS (Computer System Engineering/Software Engineering), /M.Sc./BS in (Geography/Geology/Enviromental Sciences) with one year Post Graduate Diploma (GIS/RS) from HEC recognized institutions and 3 years of relevant GIS experience. Allocation: One each for District (Kohistan Upper, Kolai Palas, Tank, Tor Ghar, Mohmand, Bajaur, Khyber, Kurram, Orakzai, North Waziristan, South Waziristan) and one for GIS Hub at P&D Department. 4 Assistant Web Developer (BPS-16) 01 At least 2n° Class degree of BS/BCS/BIT (4 years)/MIT/MCS/M.Sc in Computer Science/Computer System Engineering/Software Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Instutition with 01 year of relevant experience with Hands on experience in creating, modifying and designing of web based Database structures, procedures, Backups/Restore, PHP, JavaScript, SQL Server, and latest web technologies. 5 Computer Operator (BPS-16) 03 2n° Class Bachelor Degree with One year Diploma in Information Technology from recognized Institution/University and 01 year of relevant IT experience. 6 Naib Qasid (BPS-1) 02 Middle Passed.
