period of one year (extendable on performance basis): -

Junior Expert-II
(Procurement)
Position – 01
i. To carry out scrutiny of Contract
Documents of the estimated cost of
Rs. 50(M) and above undertaken by
various departments, organizations of
Federal/Provincial Govt. in KP.
ii. To examine contract documents in the
light of PPRA/KPPRA rules and pinpoint
any discrepancies thereof.
iii. To suggest measures in
standardization for quantifiable
attributes in Technical/Financial
proposals include in bidding
documents as well as advertisements.
Moreover, suggest improvement in
planning and fund allocation and
scheme identification/approvals to
prevent the Exchequer against gigantic
monetary losses.
iv. To arrange presentations and prepare
recommendations to improve quality of
mega projects.
v. Expert will give inputs to IOs time &
again in cases.
Master Degree in Business or
Economic having 15 years’
experience with a reputed Public
Procurement Agency
OR
Retired Govt. Servants of more
than 15 years’ experience in
BPS-17 and above.
65 Years Rs.85,000/-

Junior Expert-II
(Technical/Contract
Management)
Position – 01
i. To pinpoint omission discrepancies in
the design methodologies and quality
assurance, quality control practices
and intimate to the concerned
departments suggestions, measures to
prevent the Exchequer of monetary
losses.
ii. To arrange presentations and prepare
recommendations to improve quality of
mega projects.
iii. To provide assistance to IOs in
relevant fields of cases.
Master or BE in Civil
Engineering preferably retired
from Works Organization and
Irrigation Department etc
OR
Retired Govt. Servants of more
than 15 years’ experience in
BPS-17 and above
65 Years Rs.85,000/-
Junior Expert-II
(Land Revenue)
Position – 01
i. Scrutiny/Examination of Land Revenue
Records and its allied matters.
ii. Any other relevant tasks assigned.
At least 2nd Division in
Bachelors’ Degree from a
recognized University
OR
Retired Revenue Officers in
BPS-16 to 18 with 10 Years’
experience in relevant field
65 Years Rs.85,000/-

1. Educational Qualification, Experience and age will be counted/examined as on the closing date for receipt of
applications.
2. Level of advertised requirement may be increased or decreased at the time of final selection.
3. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for interview, after scrutiny of applications depending on job vacancies.
4. The above hiring of services will be governed by the terms of hiring on contract basis.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test / interview.
6. The candidates will be disqualified if any undue pressure is exercised or in case any false/incorrect information is
provided.
