Applications are invited for the following posts in the GIK Institute. Requisite qualifications and experience are as under:

Lab. Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Candidates having hands on experience of Lab supervision and lab development will be given preference.

Lab. Engineer (FES): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Sciences/Electronics from a recognized university. Candidates having hands on experience of Lab supervision and Lab development will be given preference.
Lab. Engineer (Mechanical/Mechatronics): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics from a recognized university. Candidates having hands on experience of Lab supervision and Lab development will be given preference.
Teacher (English), GIK College: 1st Class Master’s degree in English Literature and B.Ed from recognized university. Candidates having two years’ experience in a reputed English Medium School or at College level will be preferred. Good Computer skills are essential.
Lab. Technician (Civil): 1st class DAE in Civil Engineering from a Board of Technical Education with 3 years’ post diploma relevant experience in a scientific organization of repute. Candidate should be ideally able to understand and repair general electronics equipment. Computer skills are essential.
Lab. Technician (Electronics): 1st class DAE in Electronics Engineering with specialization in Analog Electronics/ Digital Electronics/Programming of Micro Controller/Electrical Machines and Drives from a Board of Technical Education with 3 years’ post diploma relevant experience in a scientific organization of repute. Candidate should be ideally able to understand and repair general electronics equipment. Computer skills are essential.
Office Assistant: Graduate preferably 1st Div. from a recognized university. Two years’ experience of related work in a government or autonomous or reputed private organization preferable and computer knowledge/skills is essential.
Office Assistant (HR): BBA (Hons.) with specialization in Human Resource preferably 1st Div./2.8 CGPA from a recognized university. Two years’ experience of related work in a government or autonomous or reputed private organization preferable and computer knowledge/skills is essential.
Mechanical Fitter: DAE (Mechanical/General Engineering) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute with three years experience in the relevant field in a reputed firm/organization.
Welder/Turner: DAE (General Engineering/Mechanical) with specialization in TIG/MIG welding from a recognized Polytechnic Institute with two years’ experience in the relevant field in a reputed firm/organization.
Lab. Attendant: Intermediate with two years relevant experience as Lab. Attendant.
