POSITION BASIC QUALIFICATION MINIMUM EXPERIENCE • Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Chartered Accountant Qualified from a Top 4 Audit Firm 15 Years Expertise in costing and cost controlling, budgeting, reporting, tax, banking, business processes and ERP systems. 2. Production Manager BE Chemical Engineering GPA 3.4 or Above from a Leading University 15 Years Expertise in manufacturing standards and benchmarks, achieving tight deadlines, man management, continuous process improvement etc. 3. Process Engineer BE Chemical Engineering GPA 3.4 or Above from a Leading University 5 Years Expertise in process improvement, trouble shooting, root cause analysis, training etc. 4. Plant Maintenance Manager BE Mechanical Engineering GPA 3,4 or Above from a Leading University 10 Years Expertise in preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. 5. Quality Assurance Manager MSc Applied Chemistry GPA 3.4 or Above from a Leading University 15 Years Expertise in total quality management including; product and process. 6. Plant Administration Manager MBA Human Resource GPA 3.4 or Above from a Leading University 10 Years Expertise in industrial relations, facilities management, security and general plant administration. 7. HR Manager MBA Human Resource GPA 3.4 or Above from a Leading University 7 Years Expertise in recruitment, talent management, culture development, HR systems, policies and processes etc. 8. Sales Manager MBA Marketing GPA 3.4 or Above from a Leading University 5 Years Expertise in sales, market creation, customer relationshi p management, brand development, sales team development etc. 9. Reporting Deputy Manager MBA Finance / CA GPA 3.4 or Above from a leading University 5 Years Expertise in management reporting, variance analysis, costing and cost controlling, budgeting, business processes and ERP Systems. 410.
