HBFC is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals for the following positions, based in Karachi.
la Vice President, Internal Audit
Key Responsibilities:

• Review audit policy as per best market practice and regulatory requirements • Provide strategic support in formulation of internal audit plan and strategy • Identify key risk areas and ensure mitigation of risk through various models • Manage internal audit assignments and develop annual audit plan • Coordinate with Board Audit Committee through Chief Internal Auditor for effective execution of audit assignments
2. Manager, Internal Audit
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in preparing annual audit plan and extend support in audit & special projects • Recommend revisions and / or additions to policies and procedures to improve internal controls • Draft initial audit report in conformance with policy and guidelines • Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessment to identify potential business risks • Lead audit team and provide guidance to the team members
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ACA, ACMA, ACCA. Masters / Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Finance. Accounting. Commerce or related field from HEC recognized institutions.
Age & Experience: (as on last date of submission of application)

Note: In case where the candidates possess exceptional qualification/ experience. eligibility criteria may be relaxed.

Candidates must demonstrate following minimum competencies: • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong research writing & analytical skills • Demonstrate strong ethical standards and integrity • Thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements • Strong organizational and resource management skills

Compensation & Employment

• Market based compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to the selected candidates • This is a contractual positon for an initial two years period. extendable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent
