WAPDA is currently looking for competent, dedicated and self-motivated retired personnel of Armed Forces for the following positions on contract basis extendable subject to satisfactory performance:

Must possess experience of intelligence duties in the field. 55 2 Inspector Vigilance (Field) 15 06 Subedar or equivalent from retired personnel of Armed Forces. Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination with 'C' grade/second division or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board. Must be Intelligence qualified with a field experience of intelligence duty for five years. 52 3 Junior Inspector Vigilance (Staff) 14 02 Naib Subedar or equivalent from retired personnel of Armed Forces. Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination with 'C' grade / second division or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board. The candidate should be computer literate and qualified Supervisory Clerk Course. Must be Intelligence qualified with a field experience of intelligence duty for five years. 52 4 Sergeant Grade-I Vigilance (Filed) 11 02 Havildar or equivalent from retired personnel of Armed Forces. Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination with 'C' grade/second division or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board. Must be Intelligence qualified with a field experience of intelligence duty for three years. 52 5 Sergeant Grade-I Vigilance (Staff) 11 04 Havildar or equivalent from retired personnel of Armed Forces. Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination with 'C' grade/second division or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board. The candidate should be computer literate and preference will be given to Supervisory Clerk Course qualified. Must be Intelligence qualified with a field experience of intelligence duty for three years 52
CONTRACT: Initially for a period of 01 year extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Application forms shall be downloaded from Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) Website www.pts.org.pk • Eligibility of candidate shall be determined on the basis of academic record, shortlisted by PTS, test to be conducted by PTS and later on interview by the WAPDA Selection Boards. • The candidates will be selected on open merit. • All Ex-Servicemen for appointment as Vigilance Staff should be medically Category 'A' and character at the time of discharge from the Armed Forces should be "Exemplary" or equivalent. • Professional degrees must be verified from issuing authority. • Only short listed candidates will be called for test / interview. • The candidates shall be called for interviews / further process subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and after checking of eligibility under the rules. • No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for test by PTS and interview by WAPDA. • Original documents must be presented by candidates at the time of interview. • WAPDA reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage.. • The application submitted by the candidates to PTS will be at the risk and cost of the applicant. Any information found bogus at any stage, during induction or later in service will result in termination thereof. • The officers / officials who have been retired /weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds as well as dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply. • Candidates shall submit application forms duly filled in along-with test fee of Rs. 170/- in favour of Pakistan Testing Service (PTS), copy of CNIC & two recent passport size photographs directly to PTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form PTS Head Office, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad on or before the last date of receipt of applications. • Last date for submission of applications is 11 .1 2.2018. Candidates may contact PTS for any information / query regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll no slips and result etc.
