Government of Pakistan and Higher Education Commission authorized Air University, Islamabad to establish HQ for the National Centre of Cyber Security (NCCS) with 11 associated research labs residing in different Universities in Pakistan. NCCS is hiring staff for the Centre and its two labs; National Cyber Crime Forensics Lab and Devices and Network Security Lab. Project Manager
Education / Certifications Masters: Master's degree with specialization in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a closely related field; with 2 years relevant experience OR Bachelors: Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Business Administration I Computer Engineering/ Mathematics or a closely related field; with 3 years relevant experience. Professional Experience
• Had employment in a responsible capacity in the field of managing mid to large scale IT or Engineering projects involving the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects. • Certification in Project Management in preferred e.g. PMP certification, Stanford PM Certification, UC Berkeley/Santa Cruz PM Certification, CSM • Meticulous organizer with an ever positive, can-do attitude • Demonstrate use of out-of-box thinking for creative solutions to highly sticky problems

Industry Certifications: Preference will be given to a candidate with any one of the following certifications: • CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator), EC-Council • CDFE (Certified Digital Forensic Examiner), EC-Council • ECCI (Certified Computer Investigator), EC-Council • CAST61 2 (Advanced mobile Hacking & Forensics). EC-Council OR Any equivalent certification from a reputable certification body Professional Experience
• Should have software design and development experience. • Ability to lead and manage software projects • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to develop creative solutions and navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Current and deep technical knowledge and experience working with the latest information security technologies and tools, including both commercially available and open-source. • Excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Excellent meeting facilitation, presentation, report-writing and demonstrated attention to detail. • Deep understanding of information security specifically around security policy, industry accepted frameworks and security standards. • High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters while leveraging the appropriate level of judgment. • Successful ability to partner and influence across the organization to achieve work completion through partner teams and individuals not directly reporting into Security. • Have ability to work under pressure.
