SITUATIONS
It is hereby notified for the information of deserving candidates that the following posts are vacant in this Judicial District Badin:-

Driver 7 i. be able to read, sign and the Highway Code; ii. be in possession of a valid license to drive a car as a paid driver; and iii. possess experience of driving a car as a licensed paid driver for not less than three years 20-28 Badin 2. Bailiff 5 Intermediate and also able to read and write English, Urdu and Sindhi 20-28 Badin 3. Naib Qasid 3 Primary Pass. Preference will be given to the extra skills 20-28 Badin
Applications should be supported by all necessary documents viz: Domicile, P.R.C., CNIC and Educational Certificates etc. and should be addressed to the Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Badin so as to reach this office on or before 20.02.2020 during office hours.
Applications received after above date will not be entertained / considered. The list of eligible candidates after scrutiny will be affixed at the Notice Board of this Court on 25.02.2020. The eligible candidates applying for the post of Naib Qasid should appear for their interview on 26.02.2020 at 10:00 a.m. The eligible candidates for the post of Bailiff should appear for their oral / viva voce interview before the Departmental Appointment Committee, Badin on 27.02.2020 at 10:00 a.m. The eligible candidates applying for the post of Driver should appear for their driving test on 28.02.2020 at 10:00 a.m. The list of eligible candidates who will qualify the driving test for the post of driver will be affixed on the Notice Board of this Court on 29.02.2020 and their interviews will be conducted on 02.03.2020 at 10:00 a.m. by Departmental Appointment Committee, Badin. No interview letter will be issued separately. No TA / DA for the candidates appearing for test / interview shall be admissible. The candidates at the time of test and interview should bring their original CNICs, educational documents and driving license. In case documents so receives, found forged, the action as per law will be taken against the defaulter candidates. The candidates who try to approach through any source for favour shall stand automatically disqualified for the post applied for The priority will be given to those candidates whose parents passed away during service in Judicial District Badin and those who applied on son quota basis as per policy of the Honourable High Court of Sindh.
