Population Welfare Department, Sindh invites applications from suitable candidates having domicile of Sindh for following contractual posts lying vacant at PIU of Costed Implementation Plan (C1P).
Si Description No. of positions ToRs Qualification Masters in Social Sciences with focus on M&E Age 30-45 Years Experience 1 5-7 Years 01. 02. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager 01 • Supervise data collection entry • Data analysis and report writing • Ensuring quality of data • Validation of clients • Submit M&E reports to the Technical Advisor for review and decision making • Any other tasks may be assigned by the supervisor • Detailed ToRs will be provided at the time of appointment Admin Officer 01 • Updating office policies and procedure • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures. • Providing support to medium and top level managements in preparing annual reports • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets • Coordinating building/office housekeeping issues, general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc) and updating fire & safety equipment • Detailed ToRs will be provided at the time of appointment MBA (HR) 30-45 Years 5-7 Years 03. System Engineer 01 • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues • Manage the configuration and operations of client based computer operating systems • Monitor the systems and response to security and usability issues • Create and verify the backups of data • Respond to and resolve different queries from users Administrative infrastructure, including firewalls, data basis, malware production software and other process • Detailed ToRs will be provided at the time of appointment BS / BE Computer Engineer 25-30 Years 3-5 Years 04. Research Associate (Data Analyst) 01 • Interpret Data Analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports • Knowledge of HTML. CSS, MySQL • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities • Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching, you will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions • Detailed ToRS will be provided at the time of appointment Bachelors in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering 22-30 Years u i Years 05. Research Associate (Documentation) 01 • Assist in documentation of all works in CIP into policy briefs • Assist in preparation of working papers, presentations • Review of various documents and submission of briefs before TA • Closely work with all sections for presenting before TA and technical, financial, IT, advocacy related briefs • Assist in organizing meetings and all paper works related to meetings • Detailed ToRs will be provided at the time of appointment Masters / Bachelors in Social Science 22-30 Years 0-3 Years 06 . Operator / Receptionist 01 • Meeting and greeting Guests • Booking meetings • Arranging couriers • Keeping the reception area tidy • Sorting and distributing post • Screening phone calls Intermediate 22-30 Years 3-5 Years 07. Driver 01 • Must have valid Driving License (LTV) • Must know basic necessary check level of Engine Oil, Battery, Tires etc. according to service instructions • Ensure regular cleaning of vehicle. The posts are purely for PIU of CIP on fixed salary on contract basis. After scrutiny of documents suitable/eligible candidates will be called for test/ interview.
