( gy Sindh Muslim Govt. Law College A Beacon of Dissemination of Legal Education Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Principal, Sindh Muslim Govt. Law College, Karachi. ELIGIBILITY According to Hon'ble Supreme Court's order dated 31.08.2018 the following is the criteria: Principal of Law College shall be Ph.D in Law with 8 years Law teaching experience/practice experience in High Court or Masters Degree in Law with 15 years Law teaching experience/practice experience in High Court or a retired Judge of Supreme Court or a High Court/retired District & Session Judge having 5 years of Judicial service to his credit. CONDITIONS: Fitness competence and Administrative capabilities shall be taken into consideration. On appointment as confirmed full time Principal shall not be allowed to practice the profession of Law in any Courts of Pakistan. The post shall initially be for One Year and thereafter extended yearly on approval by the Board of Governors for Law Colleges. NOTE: Eligible Faculty Members of the S.M. LAW COLLEGE may also apply for the post of Principal. All candidates must submit their bio-data by Reg'd A-D within one month. Those, who have already applied, need to apply again.
