Pakistan Project Implementation Unit Punjab Skills Development Project (PSDP), Government of Punjab, I Cl &SDD Department] Credit No: 56300 PK Assignment Title: Hiring of Individual Consultant (Request for Expression of Interest) The Industries, Commerce, Investment and Skills Development Department of Government of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Punjab Skills Development Project (PSDP) and intends to apply part of proceeds for consultancy services. PSDP invites applications from confident, eligible individual consultants having following qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing short term consultancy services. The eligible candidates would be shortlisted, according to their qualification and experience on merit.
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION, GRIEVANCE REDRESS MECHANISM AND CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT (01 POSITION) • 16 years education preferably in development and management studies • At least 10 years of experience of Public Sector & Private Organizations. • Relevant work experience in social inclusion, education, GRM, etc. with international development organizations will be added advantage • Knowledge of the country specific social-economic context. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
