DG Khan Waste Management Company (DGKWMC) is a public company limited by guarantee and incorporated ui, 42 of Companies Act 2017, with visions to modernize the system of Solid Waste Management in the city of DC Khan. DGKWMC seeks the services of highly qualified, experienced, motivated and promising professionals on competitive salaries for the following positions:
Sr. N.. Designation Eligibility Criteria 1 Company Secretary (01) • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or • Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or • Person holding a master degree in business administration, Commerce or being law graduate from university recognized by HEC Candidate withrelevant experience of 5 years in publidprivate sector organizations with minimum 03 year experience in same capacity in putili, sector company. Age Limit 40 Years 2 Chief Financial Officer(01) • A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience, in case of Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees or more; or • A person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years relevant experience. in case of other Public Sector Companies. Age Limit 40 Years 3 Chief Internal Auditor (01) The candidate must be: a) Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or . b) Certified internal auditor; or c) Certified fraud examiner; or d) Certified internal control auditor; or e) Person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Minimum 5 years relevant experience of internal auditing in a reputed organization Knowledge about audit related best practices. Judgment and Decision Making, Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Time Management, executing tasks on time. Writing and communicating effectively in appropriate for the needs of the audience. Public sector company exposure/experience would be preferred. Age Limit :40 years
