INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT IN SHORT CONSULTANCY (MEDIA MANAGER) Sports Board Punjab, an autonomous body established by Government of the Punjab, intends to engage an Individual Consultant in Short Consultancy for providing the services of Media Manager. Eligible Individual Consultants having following qualification and experience may apply with CV's and required attached documents and deliver it in a sealed envelope to Assistant Director (Admn) Sports Board Punjab, National Hockey Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore by or before 18th December, 2019 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM.
1 Nature of Services Media Manager (Individual Consultant in Short Consultancy) 2 Qualification MBA / Master degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering I Electrical Engineering or related discipline from a HEC recognized institution. 3 Experience Must have at least 7 years of hands-on post qualification experience in the relevant field. 4 Preference • Excellent multitasking and leadership skills, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and other social media best practices, Understanding of SE0 and web traffic metrics, Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research, Good understanding of social media KPIs, Familiarity with web design and publishing 5 Completion Time Three (03) Months extendable further one (01) month 6 Total Estimate Cost Rs. 300,000/-

The selection process of Individual Consultant in Short Consultancy shall be in accordance with Rule 46 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
