Career Opportunity as Management Trainee Officer
House Building Finance Company (HBFC) is a country's premier housing finance institution, providing affordable solutions to the low and middle income groups of population. HBFC was established in 1952, and was corporatized in 2007 as an unlisted public limited Company_ The Company operates through its deep rooted and national footprint of 51 branches with head office in Karachi. HBFC is looking for enthusiastic and competent individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities for the position of "Management Trainee Officer". Eligibility Criteria

Education: Master's / Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) with at least 60% marks where percentage system applies or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where GPA system is applicable from HEC recognized educational institutions in the subjects of Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, Law. Equivalence certificate from HEC is required in the case of applicants having foreign degree. Age: Maximum 28 years as on last date of submission of application. Age limit will be relaxed by three years for the candidates from FATA/NA/GB, AJK and Balochistan. Age limit for HBFC employees will be relaxed by five years, provided they fulfill other eligibility requirements. Quota: As per provincial/ regional quota.
Selection Criteria
Candidates will be selected through written test and interview.
Compensation
The selected candidates will be placed as "Management Trainee" for a period of six (06) months at a stipend of Rs. 30,000/-per month, After successful completion of training, they will be offered regular employment in the Company as "Assistant Manager" (OG-2).
Place of Posting
The selected candidates may be placed in any HBFCL Office across the city.

The application form along with the original paid-up copy of bank deposit slip and required documents shall be send to NTS Headquarters, Plot No.96, Street No.4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad.
