We are looking for high caliber professionals for following positions based at our office in Islamabad. Head of Quality Assurance, Research & Design The position reports to the Chief Executive of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible to supervise and provide strategic guidance to Monitoring. Evaluation & Research, Environment & Social Management, Communications & Media, Resource Mobilization & Donor Outreach, IT and MIS departments of the organization. He/she shall be required to design and successfully implement strategic framework aligned with the overall organization's strategic plans and policy; ensure that high standards of excellence and team work are inculcated in these areas. The role is of senior management team and requires ensuring that MER framework is well-designed and implemented; assessing outcome & impact against the strategic/result based framework; drawing key learning from internal & external evaluations. He/she shall ensure that the overall impact assessment is aligned with organization's strategic goals and donor objectives. The job incumbent will provide reliable, real time analysis of data for organization's management; to streamline business processes and create one platform for data sharing and data reporting. This role also requires ensuring that data is recorded in time from all groups/units and shared with key stakeholders that include Partner Organizations in order to ensure a user-friendly MIS with easy to understand user manual. The person will ensure mainstreaming, compliance and oversight of environmental and social safeguards in all organization's funded interventions; dissemination and application of the Environmental & Social Management Framework. Besides, the incumbent shall also supervise IT & MIS function, Communications & Media Unit and Research & Donor Outreach Department of the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 16 years of education or Master's degree in Social Sciences or relevant disciplines / Masters in Project Management/Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Public Administration. A minimum of 12 years' relevant work experience at the nationallinternational level in the development sector, out of which 05 years in a senior management position. The candidate should have a track record of managing portfolios or institutions where similar work was designed, strategic frameworks created, and project cycle management undertaken. A high level of personal skills is required to deal effectively with the stakeholders. He/she should be a system's thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. He she should be proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Willing to travel in field across Pakistan.
General Manager Resource Mobilization & Donor Outreach The job incumbent will be responsible to develop / write donor proposals and concept notes based on organization's strategy, approach and donor interest and requirements. He/she shall conduct prospect research on donor agencies and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and donor grants. The role requires to implement new research techniques as they arise; strive to design prospect research methodology for the organization. The incumbent will be custodian of documentation of institutional knowledge and program activities in coordination with relevant sector coordinators and organization's management. The person will develop quality grant proposals according to set guidelines; comply with all follow-up grants reporting as required by all stakeholders. He/she shall prioritize projects to keep multiple projects moving in a timely manner, meet deadlines and manage supplemental material required for proposals. The person will be required to identify information and supporting documents, required to furnish proposal requirements. The role will require to establish and maintain contact and relationships with donor agencies' contacts and program officers. The incumbent shall track statistics relevant to development and provide with written materials necessary for donor stewardship. The person will be required to work with other departments to gather information necessary to report to corporate/foundation funders on current grant programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 16 years of education or Master's degree in Social Sciences or relevant disciplines / Masters in Project Management/Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Public Administration. At least 10 years of relevant experience in professional writing including successful proposals to institutional donors, grant writing or other technical writing experience with at least 3 years in team management role. Demonstrated experience in using online databases and other sources to locate biographical, financial, and relevant information. The candidate should have the ability to seek and synthesize information and communicate in a compelling and succinct form. He/she should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a highly-organized individual. Exceptional research and analytical skills are a must to swift through funding opportunities and analyze information, understand calls for proposal and TORs and present these in a coherent and succinct form. Must be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with external stakeholders. An ideal candidate should be a team player with collaborative management style to delegate tasks in the team along with excellent leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills. He/she should have the ability to manage professional relationships efficiently and effectively. The candidate must be able to think strategically and a result-oriented individual with good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills. General Manager - Financial Monitoring & Compliance The incumbent will be responsible to provide leadership to the Financial Monitoring & Compliance department and manage Partner Organizations related Financial Monitoring & Compliance activities for all grant programs of the Organization. The person will be required to develop the necessary formats, pretest them and establish these as the backbone of quarterly monitoring activities. Organize monitoring visits and oversee Financial Monitoring & Compliance for each agreement. Be able to ascertain status of implementation, release of tranches, financial progress. co-relationship of financial and physical progress, assess actual or potential risks. make recommendations, outline corrective paths, provide required capacity building and facilitate timely adjustments where needed. The role requires developing mechanisms for effective Financial Monitoring & Compliance and providing specialist input on components. The ideal candidate should have at least 16 year of education or Masters in Business Administration-Finance/Masters in Finance! ACCA/ ACMA/ CA/CA-Finalist. The person will have at least 10 years' relevant work experience in a national/international development sector organization with 3 years in team management role. Should have a track record of developing and managing financial monitoring and compliance of donor funded programs. Demonstrate openness in sharing information and keeping people informed. Possess high level of interpersonal skills to deal effectively with the stakeholders. He/she must be a team player, system thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented individual. Should have strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. Team player with demonstrated success in management of teams in complex and demanding environments.
