Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Human Rights Department is looking for highly competent male/ female candidates who have extra ordinary academic achievements and excellent legal drafting, domiciled of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, purely on contract basis for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance on yearly basis for further 02 years, in the project titled "Strengthening of Legislation Wing of Law Department-. Sit Nomenclature of posts No. of Qualification & Experience posts 1. Legal Drafter/ Consultant 01 Qualification & Experience 1. Retired District & Sessions Judge or 2. Lawyer having LLM degree with at least 10 years of legal practice in Superior Judiciary having excellent legal drafting skills to be examined by Law Department. Job Description: 1. Scrutiny and drafting of legislative bills, Ordinances, Notifications, Rules, Regulations, Statutory Orders, Bye-laws, Service Rules, Agreement, MOUs etc. 2. Scrutiny of non officials legislative bills i.e. Private Member Bills. 3. Constitutional Legislation. 4. Matters pertaining. to Provincial. Assembly. 01 Qualification & Experience: 1. Retired District & Sessions Judge or 2. Lawyer having LLM degree with at least 05 years experience as excellent legal drafting skills to be examined by Law Department. Job Description: 1. Scrutiny and drafting of legislative bills, Ordinances, Notifications Statutory Orders, Bye-laws, Service Rules, Agreement, MOUs etc. 2. Scrutiny of non official legislative bills i.e. Private Member Bills. 3. Constitutional Legislation. 4. Matters pertaining to Provincial Assembly. 02 Qualification & Experience: I . Retired District & Sessions Judge or 2. Lawyer having LLB with Gold Medal or in Top Ten positions or passed with distinction from reputable Law School / College/University having been enrolled as Lawyer with at least 01 year experience as a lawyer having exceptional skills in legal drafting, to be examined by Law Department. Job Description: 1. Scrutiny and drafting of legislative bills, Ordinances, Notifications, Rules, ReLlti Lions. Statutory Orders, Bye-laws, Service Rules, Agreement, MOUs etc. 2. Scrutiny of non official legislative bills i.e. Private Member Bills. 3. Constitutional Legislation. 4. Matters pertaining to Provincial Assembly. 04 Qualification & Experience: 2nd class Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology (BCS/BIT 04 Years), from a recognized University: or 2. 2nd class Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with one year Diploma III Information Technology; from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

Conditions to Apply: • The initial period of contract appointment is one year and extendable on satisfactory performance on yearly basis for further 02 years. • In case of unsatisfactory performance, services can be terminated by Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Human Rights Department by giving 15 days prior Notice. • SALARY PACKAGE/ BENEFITS: As admissible under the Project Policy, 2008 of Establishment Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (as amended from time to time). • Applicants are required to apply within 15 days after the publication of this advertisement. • Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained. • Only eligible/ shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/ interview. • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in Test/Interview. • Those already in Government service should apply through proper channel. • Department reserves the right to reject any or all the applications after assigning valid reasons.
