FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES In continuation to the previous advertisement of "Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Project' by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan in national dailies dated November 4, 2019, the deadline (or submitting applications was December 10, 2019.
