Punjab Health Facilities Management Company (PHFMC) is a Not for Profit Company set up under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (Companies Act, 2017) under the administrative control of P&SHC Department, Government of the Punjab. PHFMC is presently managing FLHFs namely Basic Health Units (BHUs), Zila Council Dispensaries (ZCDs), Rural Health Centers (RHCs) in fourteen districts (Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Vehari, Lodhran, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Kasur, Lahore, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Hafizabad, Mianwali & Chakwal) of the Punjab. PHFMC is also managing THQ Hospitals in District Lahore. The Mobile Health Units (MHUs) are also monitored and supervised by PHFMC under the supervision of Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department. Following Specialists along with Medical & paramedical and other necessary staff is required for operations in various Health Facilities / Hospitals and MHUs of the districts working under PHFMC as per detail given below:-

3 Eye Specialist
MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution with post graduate qualification of FRCS / FCPS / MS or equivalent in the relevant specialty recognized by PMDC OR MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution having valid registration with PMDC with post graduate qualification like MCPS / DOMS with sufficient Practical experience in the relevant subject in a recognized institution after post-graduation.
4 Gynecologist
MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution with post graduate qualification of FRCS / FCPS / MS or equivalent in the relevant specialty recognized by PMDC OR MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution having valid registration with PMDC with post graduate qualification like MCPS / DGO with sufficient Practical experience in the relevant subject in a recognized institution after post-graduation.
5 Pediatrician
- MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution with post graduate qualification of FRCS / FCPS / MS or equivalent in the relevant specialty recognized by PMDC OR MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution having valid registration with PMDC with post graduate qualification like MCPS / DCH with sufficient Practical experience in the relevant subject in a recognized institution after post-graduation.
6 Medical Officer 1 Women - MBBS from PMDC recognized Institution having valid Medical Officer per-manent registration with PMDC after required House Job. 7 Dental Surgeon - BDS from PMDC recognized Institution having valid perma-nent registration with PMDC after required House Job. 8 Charge Nurse / LHV - BSc Nursing, Generic (Four years) with valid Registration Pakistan Nursing Council. with OR - Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery and valid Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council. 9 Junior Technician / Anesthesia - F.Sc. (Second Division I pre-medical) from a recognized Assistant Technology) (Anesthesia Board having diploma in the relevant allied health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board.
- If none is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (second division) with Science from a recognized Board along with diploma / certificate in Operation Theatre Assistant Course from Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore or from any other Institute.

(Second Division / pre-medical) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board. - If none is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (second division) with Science from a recognized Board along with required diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute from Punjab Medical Faculty.

Junior Technician I Operation Theatre Assistant (Surgical Technology)

12 Junior Technician (MCH Technology / Lady Health Visitor)
- F.Sc. (Second Division / pre-medical) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board. - If none is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (second division) with Science from a recognized Board along with required diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute from Punjab Medical Faculty and Registered with Pakistan Nursing council Islamabad.
13 Junior Technician/ Dispenser / Dresser (Pharmacy Technology)
- F.Sc. (Second Division / pre-medical) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board. If none is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (second division) with Science from a recognized Board along with required diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute from Punjab Medical Faculty.
14 Junior Technician / Sanitary Inspector (Public Health Technology)
- F.Sc. (Second Division / pre-medical) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board. - If none is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (second division) with Science from a recognized Board along with diploma/certificate of Sanitary Inspector Course from a recognized Institute from Punjab Medical Faculty.
15 Junior Technician I Vaccinator
- Matric 2nd division with Science from a recognized Board and Diploma or Certificate of Vaccinator Course from the Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore or from any other recog-nized Institution.
16 Bio Tech / X-Ray Technician / Radiographer
- F.Sc. (second division) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied health Sciences discipline from a recognized Board. If none is available then candidate having qualification of Matric (second division) with Science from a recognized Board along with required diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute.
17 Pharmacist
- D.Pharm from any recognized University with sufficient experience in relevant field.
18 Administrator Health Unit
for Mobile - Master / Bachelor from HEC recognized university with suf-ficient working experience in hospital environment, man-agement or medical side.
19 Midwife
- Matric 2nd division from a recognized Board with Diploma or Certificate in Midwifery Course or Community Midwifery Course from recognized Institution.
20 Computer Operator / Data -Entry Operator / Key Punch Operator
Intermediate 2nd division from a recognized organization with sufficient experience. Preference will be given to diploma / certificate holder in Word / Excel and Power point.
21 Ward Cleaner / Ward Boy / -Helper / Ward Servant / Naib Qasid for Mobile Health Unit
Preference will be given to person having metric.
22 Aya
- Preference will be given relevant experience in the field.
23 Sanitary Worker
- Preference will be given relevant experience in the field.
24 Chowkidar / Watchman
- Retired Military / Paramilitary personals. Preference will given to candidate having relevant experience.
25 Electrician / Plumber
- Having sufficient experience to the relevant field. - Preference will be given having diploma / certificate of Technical Board.
26 Driver for Mobile Health Unit
- Middle Pass with valid HTV Driving License. - Preference will be given to relevant experience.
