TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Recruitment shall be made as per policy of Govt. of the Punjab purely on merit.
2. Both Male/ Female Disable Persons having domicile of province of the Punjab can apply.
3. Complete application along with attested copies of all educational certificates/ experience certificate latest 02 photographs, domicile, copy of CNIC shall reach in this office by closing time i.e 03:00 PM.
4. Application will be received in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. M. Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital, Yakki Gate, Lahore till 08.02.2019 .
5. Incomplete applications or those received after due date will not be considered.
6. Disable persons who are already in Government Services can also apply through their department.NOC.
7. 10-Years age relaxation is admissible for disable persons.
8. Disabled persons shall attached certificate of invalidity issued by the District Assessment Board only those disabled persons shall be eligible who have been declared by the Assessment Board to be disabled but fit for the job applied.
9. Number of posts advertised for recruitment can be increased/decreased as per requirement.
10. Date and place of interview will be communicated in the interview call after short listing, only short listed candidate will be called for interview.
11. Candidates are required to produce / bring their original documents at the time of Interview.
