General Terms & Conditions and Instructions: 1. All recruitment will be conducted as per Civil Servants Act 1973 and Rules amended from time to time.
2. Serving candidates may apply through proper channel. 3. Candidates dismissed by Federal/Provincial Government/Armed Forces will be considered ineligible. Candidates removed or terminated during training or service can submit their applications with all particulars and documentary evidence. 4. Maximum age limit will be read as on the last date of submission of application. Interim relaxation of 05 years in the age limit. Further relaxation in maximum age may also be given as per the following rules and regulations: i) Further relaxation of three years will be given to candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Buddhist Community, FATA, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. ii) Further relaxation of three years will be given to candidates belonging to Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan. iii) Released/Retired personnel of Pakistan Armed Forces, 15 years or the number of years of actual service in Pakistan Armed Forces -whichever may be less. iii) Government and contract employees who must have completed two consecutive years of Government service till the last date of receiving of application. This office will conduct interviews of the eligible shortlisted candidates. 6. Candidates are requested to bring their original documents (education and experience certificates) at the time of interview. 7 PMSA reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment process for any one or all advertised vacancies without assigning any reason thereof. 8. In case of offer for appointment, all information provided in the application form will be verified. In case of incomplete or false information this office can reject the candidate at any stage. 9. All vacancies are regular and selected candidates will be put through a probation period of one year upon the discretion of the competent authority, which may be increased by one year 10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. 11. Last date for receiving application form is 15 days from the publication of this advertisement. 12. Applications received after the due date will be rejected. 13.
