CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER REQUIRED
114/s. National Insurance Company Limited (MCI) is a public unlisted company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 (previously the Companies Ordinance, 1984) and registered under the Insurance Ordinance, 2000 as a non-life insurance company, which is primarily owned by the Federation of Pakistan. MCI. intends to hire the services of a suitably qualified individual on merit, who shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate advice is given to the Board of Director of NICL on all financial matters, for keeping proper financial records and accounts, and for maintaining and effective system of Internal financial control. The candidate must meet the criteria for the position as laid down under the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules. 2013, the Code of Corporate Governance for Insurers, 2016 and Section 12 of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000. For the sake of brevity. the requirements have been laid down as follows:
