National Accountability Bureau invites applications from only Pakistani Nationals for hiring of services under Section 8(c) and 28(f) of National Accountability Ordinance (NAO), 1999, for its Headquarter! Regional Offices as mentioned below on monthly fee payment basis for a period of one year except the positions of MCA which is for three years:-

Special Prosecutor (Supreme Court) Under section 8(c) of NAO, 1999 No. of Positions: --• 08 • At least 10 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court with valid Supreme Court license • L.L.M/Bar-at-Law will be given weightage Rs, 180,000/- 65 Years Special Prosecutor (High Court)/ Sr. Legal Consultant Under section 8(c) of NAG, 1999 No. of Positions: = 09 • At least 07 years of experience as an Advocate of the IIigh Court • 1.L.M/Bar-at-Law will be given weightage • Rs. 140,000/- 65 Years 5- Special Prosecutor (Trial Court)/ Legal Consultant Under section 8(c) of MAO, 1999 No. of Positions; =13 At least 05 years of standing as an Advocate of the High Court. Experience/ Educational Qualification shall be counted / examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview, after scrutiny of applications. Candidates with additional qualification / experience will be preferred. Hiring will be governed by the terms of services hiring contract. Candidates possessing dual / foreign nationality arc not eligible to apply. Number of positions can be increased / decreased at the time of final selection. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview. Final selection will be subject to Security Clearance.
