MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Our Client, a state owned company in Pakistan mandated to manage and operate LNG gegavfxabon terminals, is looking for an energetic and dynamic professional for the position ol Managing Oirettor/CEO to lead the organization to fuel the growing energy requirements of Pakistan. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to articulate compkx strategic initiatives at Board level. Prudence and information based decision makingwill be vital for thischallengingrole. Detailed understanding of regulatory, commercial and energy sectorerMronment with ability to effectivelyengage with public inshtutions,stakeholders,etc. EXPederNe: Candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial models such as 80T. BOOT etc. project/contract management in the LNG sector. Minimum of 20 years of post-qualification relevant experience with last S years at a Senior Management role. QSNIfffitadons; Graduate from a renowned & recognized University or InstitutioNs) in a related Engineering discipline. or a Post graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration. Energy Management, Economics or member of a professional accounting body. Additional professional qualification relevant to project management and control of large commercial organizations in the upstream/dcnynstreamOil and Gas Sector shall be preferred. An: Maximum age on October 31,2019 should be 55 years. The candidate shag be appointed in accordance with thePubk Sector Companies (Appointment of CEO) Guidelines 2015 and Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules 2013 and must fulfill the fit and proper criteria laid down. The selected candidate will be offered three (3) years contract which may be extendable based on performance. Market based salary package commensurate with the experience will be offered.
