FAUJI FERTILIZER COMPANY LIMITED IS OFFERING CAREER OPPORTUNITIES TO THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL STAFF FOR ITS FERTILIZER PLANTS SITUATED AT GOTH MACHHI SADIQABAD DISTRICT RAHIM YAR KHAN:-
SHOP MACHINIST
DAE with 2 years TTC (Machinist) and minimum 6 years of experience OR Matric with minimum 8 Years' experience, maximum 35 years of age. Candidates should have hands on experience of Conventional Lathes, Mills, Drill Presses, CNC Mills, Sanders, Lapping and Saws to carry out following machining activities:- Shafts, Sleeves, Keys. Plungers & Bushing of Centrifugal / Reciprocation Pumps. Shafts, pressure seal gaskets and chevron packings for instrument valves. Oil seals, suction / discharge valves and accurate machining / bushing of bearing and probe areas of turbines and compressors. Nozzles, seat rings and plugs for pressure safety valves and control valves. The candidate must be proficient in using Vernier calipers, micrometer screw gauges,bore gauges, inside calipers and dial indicators for machining activity as per requirement. In addition the candidate must demonstrate first rate safety awareness, mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret cross-sectional drawings.
CRANE OPERATORS
Maximum 40 years of Age and minimum Matric With 10-12 years experience in Fertilizer Plant, Oil Refinery OR mechanical erection and construction companies. Should be able to operate 60-350 tons cranes with hydraulic telescopic boom and crawler with !attic boom. Applicant should have the ability to read load chart and operating manual and should possess valid heavy duty driving license.
AUTO TECHNICIAN
Maximum 35 years of age, 03 Years Diploma in Auto & Farm Machinery Technology from Government Recognized Institute with 5-10 years experience in a Fertilizer Plant, Oil Refinery, Power Station Or Renowned Construction Company! Matric with 10-15 years relevant experience:- Cummins, Caterpillar - Waukesha Gas+Diesel, Detroit Diesel Engines. Transmission and Hydraulic System of Wheel Loaders, Fork Lifts (Volvo, Nissan, TCM). Hydraulic and Pnuematic Systems of Mobile Cranes (P&H, Grove). Maintenance of Hino Trucks/Dumpers And Truck Mounted Articulated Cranes (Hiab, Palfinger) Capable of Reading Schematic Diagram, Technical Manuals & Computer Literate
SENIOR MILLWRIGHTS
Maximum 40 years of age, Minimum Matric, 03 Years Diploma in Mechanical / FSc. with 12 Years of experience in machinery maintenance of Fertilizer / Chemical process industry. Candidate must have hands on experience of operating and overhauling of all kind of steam turbines, centrifugal / reciprocating compressor and pumps. Candidate should have sound skills of machinery trouble shooting and understanding of machinery drawings. Maintenance experience of working on GE Nuovo Pignon and Delaval steam turbines ! compressors and GE gas turbines shall be an added advantage.
PLANNING & SCHEDULING STAFF
Maximum 35 years of age, Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR Matric,FSc /M with minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Candidate must have knowledge I experience of SAP (Planning Module), Primavera Project Planning, MS Office, budgeting, proficiency in English language! letter drafting skills:- Preparation of Job Request, Job Orders & Processing of bills on SAP. Turnaround & Shutdown planning on Primavera Project. Preparation & updation of yearly plant budget.
BOILER ENGINEER
Maximum 40 years of age, FSc. / 03 years diploma in Chemical I Mechanical. Candidate must have 1st Class Boiler Engineer Competency Certificate (Punjab). Minimum 8-10 years of experience on water tube boiler having pressure 1500 psi and heating surface more than 1600 SF in Fertilizer! Chemicals industry or utility power plant. ( Exemption of less experience can be given to the mechanical diploma holdersk Must be familiar with control loops, controllers, interlocking and such instruments etc. Candidate should have hands on experience on distributed control system (DCS) for operation of Boilers, Water Treatment Plant. Cooling Towers and other Utility areas will be an added advantage.
HSE&Q STAFF
Maximum 30 years of age, 03 Years Diploma I FSc with 10511 & NEBOSH Certification with 05 years experience related to HSE&Q as under- Regular Safety Audits at Plants. Capable to conduct sessions "Community awareness & emergency response for adjacent locality of plants:" Maintenance / Audit of tools and equipments of HSE&Q. Presentation skills to conduct firefighting and HSE&O related trainings. Computer skills & have command on MS Office. Assistance in incidents / investigation and reporting. Assistance in SOC. ERC and Off the Job Meetings as per schedule.
