Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC) is a Company Incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan responsible for vitalizing the Horticulture Sector (Fruits & Vegetables). As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking for the following competent and committed professionals in ourteam on contractual basis:

i) General Manager — Agri —Products

Responsible for creating & implementing business strategies. interacting with global clients, driving supply chain enhancement, supervising and monitoring implementation of certification schemes and motivating exporters for acquiring certifications in the interest of export of quality products, identifying development interventions, guiding & promoting private investment. The requirements of the position are: Master degree in Agri. Business or MBA from a reputed institution with minimum 10-15 years' experience in agriculture sector with at least 5 year experience in heading operations in Agri- environment. Ability to lead the team of technical staff. Maximum age 62 years on the date of advertisement.

ii) General Manager- Admin/Finance/R&D

Responsible for developing. recommending and implementing the strategies, policies and practices. Planning, directing, and coordinating the activities for the achievement of PHDEC's mandate. Leading the team for organizational development skills. The requirements of the position are: MBA/MPA/ Master's Degree from a reputed institution with minimum 10 years of work experience, 5 years of which managing the Admin/Finance/Research department of a reputable, large. national, multinational organization is preferred. Ability to demonstrate exceptional planning and problem — solving expertise.
