Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board intends to conduct test/interview for the contract posts against the development projects titled "Establishment of E-Facilitation Centre in AJK", "AJK Web Portal Phase-II" "Computerization of Land Record in AJK", "Establishment of Computer Labs in Earthquake Affected Districts of AJK Phase-II " & "Infrastructure Setup for Master Implementation Plan" & "Unified Integrated Automated System for High Court & Lower Courts of AJK" (Open Merit AJK).

Qualification and Experience
BS (CS), BS (CE), BS(TE) with 05 years relevant experience /M. Phil in Computer or MS in Project Management with 04 years relevant experience having experience of Preparation of Request for proposal for the project and also coordinate with focal person of the different Government Department during development of the software applications.

02 System Engineer (E-Facilitation Centre)
01 BS(CS), BS(CE), BS(TE) with 05 years relevant experience or M.Phil in Computer Sciences with 04 years relevant experience. Having experience of IT & Networks.

03 Senior Software Developer (Web Portal Phase-II)
Graphic Designer (Web Portal Phase-II)
BSCS/MCS with 07 years of post qualification relevant experience of web development and management using latest web programming tools and technologies. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience of web portal management, preparation of RFP's for the similar projects coordination and managing software development projects with government/private sector organizations The detailed TOR's of the post are as under: • Should have experience of planning, developing and successfully running web portal solutions for reputed national or international organizations • Proficient in Angular JS, MVC, Node. js, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems and must have working experience in the programming languages such as C,C++, PHP (Laravel, CI, CakePHP, YU, Zend) or C# (NetCore, ASP. Net, MVC). • Experience of front-end applications development using jauery, HTML, C SS3, Bootstrap, LESS, SASS • Experience with Restful APIs, Web Services, HTML5 • Must have expertise in writing MS SQL Server queries. • Strong knowledge and experience with web application security integration (e.g Single-Sign on). The c andidate should have strong grasp of security principles and its practical use in current and next generation applications, where security is a real concern. CS/ICS with 5 years of post qualification relevant experience. Candidates having in depth midge of the leading graphic designing technologies and techniques relating to website I design, der pment and maintenance. Design animations for different events and departmental websites. e candidate is required to meet deadline and be comfortable for working in flexible hour shifts aeswell. 04 05 System Engineer (LR) Dadyal Centre 01 BS (CE CSIT&N)14ears/MCS from well reputed foreign or HEC recognized university / institution with 03 years post qualification experience of managing IT systems. 06 Project Coordinator (EQ Phase-II) 01 BS (CS/SE) MCSiMIT or equivalent with 05 years relevant experience. 07 Accounts Officer (JVIIP) 01 Minimum 16 years of Education with Degree in Finance, Management, Economics or related Finance Department, Responsibilities include managing accounts, payrolls and book keeping. Public Sector organization experience will be preferred. Prepare monthly financial progress report for development project A -st with annual audit. Managing remittance/account payable to suppliers/vendors A e providers. Issue cheques for all accounts due as per budget availability. 08 IT Assistant (HC) 01 Bachelor in the field of Information Technology/Computer Science. Fresh Graduate. Experienced Professionals will be preferred 09 Citizen Service Representatives (E-Facilitation Centre) 05 Graduation in any field of IT with 02 years relevant experience. 10 Computer Operator (E-Facilitation Centre) 01 Graduation in any field of IT with 02 years relevant experience. 11 Sr. Accounts Clerk (E-Facilitation Centre) 01 MBA/Bachelors in any field of Commerce with 2 years of post qualification experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having sound knowledge of government procedures (Finance/AG Office-related).
