Qualification, Experience and Publications MBA/MPA, preferably in First class or equivalent qualifications, with 6 years administrative experience on the posts, equivalent to BPS-i 7 and above in a university, Board, college and/ or Government Department/ Autonomous organization

MBA/ MPA, preferably in First class or equivalent qualification, from an HEC-recognized university/institution, with six years administrative and conduct of examinations experience in a post equivalent to BPS 17 and above in the university / Board and / or Government Department / Autonomous organization/ an institution of higher learning in related responsibility/ firm of repute

BBA (Finance/Accounts), preferably in First class with10 years' experience relating to Finance on a post, equivalent to BPS 17 and above in the university / Board and /or Government Department/ Autonomous organization/ an institution of higher learning, including Budget Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, etc.

BS Commerce in Second class with 4 years' experience or B.Com in First Class and 6 Years Audit and Accounts experience of work in a university, Board and/or any recognized Commercial institution.

MPA/EPM/BS/ Master's Degree, awarded after 16 years of Education in the First division, relevant field or in other relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field will be preferable.  MLIS, at least 2nd Class or equivalent qualifications from any recognized university, with 4 years' experience in a Library, on the post, equivalent to BPS-16 in a university / college! Government Department/ Autonomous body.

Instructions and further Information: -1.  The Demand Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable), as processing fee of applications in favor of Director Finance and the application form should reach on or before 04-10-2019; Or Application form can be downloaded from website, www.usms.edu.pk or can be obtained from office of the Registrar. 2. Candidates applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should submit three copies of their bio-data/CVs, along with required documents, showing details of Research Publications, in triplicate and properly bonded. 3. Candidates serving in Government/Semi-government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel, accompanied by NOC, from the employer and will be responsible for getting themselves relived properly from their department. An advance copy of application must be sent, so as to reach within due date. 4. Maximum age limit is 45 years; relaxable in case of highly suitable candidates, up to 10 years, in case of candidate at Sr. No. 1 and 2. 5. Age, qualification and experience shall be calculated / examined, as on closing date of submission of applications. 6. Candidate applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s), along with separate bank draft, with copies of necessary documents for each post. 7. Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional and experience certificate, processing fee etc. or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained. The envelope should be marked with the post applied for. 8. The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s), partly or as a whole. 9. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the test and interview and ineligible candidates will not be informed. 10. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing at the interview/written test. 11.
