OR 10 years post Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. ii) The applicant must have 15 research publi-cations in HEC recognised/ISI Indexed Journals with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years. 55 years 2 Associate Professor (Civil/Electrical I Electronics / Mechanical Engineering/ Technology) 20 0 Ph.D. from an HEC recognized Institution in the relevant field. Experience: 10 years teaching/ research experience in HEC recognized Univer-sity or a post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 05 years post Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. ii)The applicant must have 10 research publica-tions in HEC recognised/ISI index Journals with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals 50 years 3 Assistant Professor (Civil/Electrical / Electronics I Mechanical Engineering / Technology) 19 Ph.D. in relevant field from an HEC/recognized University/Institution Experience: No experience is required. 45 years 4 Project Director 20 i) Ph.D. (Civil Engg) with 13 years' experience OR • M.E. (Civil) with 15 years experience OR • B.E. (Civil) with 17 years experience Note: Experience means the experience in any Governrnent/Semi-Government/ Private Organization of good repute in the field of con-struction and maintenance of buildings including infrastructure. II) Well versed in SPPRA and PPRA Rules, tendering process and agreements & Civil engineering codes. 55 years 5 Librarian 19 Masters/Bachelors (Hons) in Library Information Science from recognized University / Institute having 12 years post qualification experience in Library Administration in an educational institute of good repute, IT and MS Office skills are required. 50 years 6 Deputy Registrar 18 Masters degree (18 years) from HEC recog- nized University with 03 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 OR Bachelor degree (16 years) from HEC recognized University with 05 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 or equivalent. MS Office is also required. 45 years 7 Deputy Controller of Examination 18 Masters degree (18 years) from HEC recog- nized University with minimum 03 years post qualification experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 OR Bachelor degree (16 years) from HEC recognized University with 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 or equivalent. MS Office is also required upper age limit will be given. 45 years 8 Bursar 18 MBA (Finance)/ M.Com, ACCNICMA with 5 years relevant experience in BPS-17 or Equivalent in any Govt./Semi Govt./Public/ Private Sector University Institute. OR Chartered Accountant with 3 years experience. Computer Proficiency in MS Office is pre-requisite 45 years 9 Executive Engineer (Civil) 18 M.E (18 years) (along with B.E Civil) with 03 years experience in the relevant field OR B.E / B.Sc in Civil Engineering at least 1st Division or equivalent from HEC/PEC recognized University/Institute with 05 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 or equivalent. MS Office also required. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience of designing. Developing and deploy-ing complex software system in public private / sector organization of large IT setup having a large number of nodes. Must know the backup and recovery procedures of databases. 45 years 11 Secretary to Vice Chancellor 17 (I) First Class Masters Degree in MBA/M.Com/ MA / MPA/or B.E (16 Years Education)or equiv-alent from HEC recognized University/Institute (ii) At least 03 years experience in Office Management / Administration in BPS-16 /17. 45 years 12 Transport Officer 17 (i) First Class B.EJB.Tech (Hons) in Mechanical / (4 years) 16 years education in or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute (ii) Al least 3 years practical experience of vehicle managements their repair & maintenance issues. 45 years 13 Legal Advisor Con- tract (Fixed pay) Bachelors Degree in Law from HEC recognized University Institute with 5 years experience as a practicing Lawyer preferably in the field of Services/corporate Laws. OR LLM with 3 years experience in the relevant field. 45 years 14 Accounts Officer 17 0 MBA (Finance) / M.Com/ICMA with 3 years relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in Public and Private Sector Organization prefer-ably in University/Institute. ii) Aware of financial laws, tax rules and prepar-ing budgets. Computer Proficiency in MS Office is pre-requisite 35 years 15 Audit Officer 17 (1) First Class Masters Degree in M.A (Economics) /M.Com I MBA(Finance)/ICMA/ ACCA or equivalent from HEC recognized University/institute (ii) At least 03 years experience as Junior Audi-tor in Govt. INSTRUCTIONS 1 Those candidates who are already in government/semi-government services or autonomous bodies have to apply through proper channel and will be required to bring "No Objection Certificate" from their employers at the time of interview. 2. Experience Certificates should be attached with the application, if applicable. 3. Only eligible /shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview 4 The domicile of the candidate must be of Sindh Province, except for PhD holder candidates applying for faculty positions.
The University authorities will conduct the screening test from 3rd party for the posts from BPS-11 to BPS-18. 6. The upper age limit may be relaxed in case of PhD holder faculty applicants. 7. The candidates who want to apply for more than one post, must apply separately for multiple posts. 8. Attach a Challan / Demand Draft in favour of BBSUTSD Khairpur Mirs from any scheduled Bank of Rs. 1500 (for BPS-17 to 21), Rs. 800 (For BPS-11 to 16) and Rs. 300 (for BPS-2 to 10) as application processing fee. 9. The candidates who intend to apply (for BPS-2 to 10) can obtain prescribed application form from the HBL Mall Road Branch Khairpur Mirs. 10. There will be general age relaxation in upper age limit for all posts as per prevailing Government policy 1 1 . Disabled quota will be implemented as per Govt Policy.
