Applications are invited to fill the following position of Pakistan Chair Abroad.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
PhD Degree in Urdu, lqbaliyaat, Pakistan Studies, International Relations, Political Science, History, Sociology, or relevant subject of Social Sciences with at least seven (07) years teaching and research experience in a recognized University/Centre Research Organization and at least eight (08) research publications in HEC recognized journals.

i Persons up to 60 years of age will be eligible. ii. Excellent command on the language in which the subject is to be taught. Preference will be given to candidates having command on the language of the country of posting, familiarity with the culture, institutions and people of the host country. iii.Capability and competence to project the language, history and culture of Pakistan in the host country. Research leading to quality publications during the tenure abroad is desirable. iv. Proficiency in computer skills and social skills.

i. The tenure of appointment will initially be for 3 years which is subject to evaluation on yearly basis ii. Pay package and allowances would be on standard terms and conditions of Government of Pakistan.
