(Assistant Manager, Graduate Placement and Student Exchange Program)
Dow University of Health Sciences seeks a dynamic individual with unique skills set to nurture existing and new relationships with the private and corporate sector, alumni community, national and international partners with major assignments i.e. Employer's Database Management, developing mechanism for social and corporate internships, mentoring graduating classes for interview skills and CV writing, facilitate recruiters for recruitment of potential candidates of DUHS, prepare graduate directory for corporate clients for lateral hiring from IHM-DUHS and as well as Corporate Directory of contacts for students to connect with the HR individuals, organize DUHS Career Fairs, initiate Experiential Learning Program (ELP) for IHM-DUHS students, organize guest / mentoring speaker sessions, strengthen linkages with Universities for the student exchange program and Conduct employment surveys. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree, preferably an MBA in Marketing or HR from a HEC recognized university / institute with at least 3 years' work experience in Corporate Relations or Job Placement Services. The incumbent must be proficient in Database Management, Public Relations, and Social Media marketing. Appointment Type: This position is on contractual basis.
