Abilities: • Provide strong leadership to the Institute • Lead as a scholar and an academician having close familiarity with academic functions both classroom-teaching and research • Must be familiar with new technology trends in teaching through technology e-learning and distance learning • Experience of full executive. academic, administrative and financial operations at Institute level • Ability to launch new international initiatives and affiliate the school with international standard boards • Ability to attract, motivate and retain high quality faculty and administrators • Ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents, general public and media. etc Qualification and Experience: • Should have minimum 2" Class Masters degree/PhD (Preferred) with M.Ed or equivalent training/diploma from any reputed NEC recognized University/Institute or an organization • Should have minimum 10 years experience in academic or administration with proven record of leadership • Candidates must possess proficiency in English and Computer Skills
