FCPS-11 Ophthalmology: 04 Years Training Programme
Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine & Surgery (DOMS): 02- years Training Programme
Eligibility to apply: • MBBS (Recognized by PMDC), along with 01-Year House Job in a PMDC recognized institution • FCPS-I (Ophthalmology) preferably freshly passed • Medically fit and sound
Eligibility to apply: • MBBS (Recognized by PMDC), along with 01-Year House Job in a PMDC recognized institution • Working experience in ophthalmology will be preferred • Medically fit and sound
Miscellaneous Instructions: 1. Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.alshifaeye.orq or obtained from PIO admn office. 2. Duly filled application form along with attested photocopies of all documents as mentioned therein the form along with a bank draft/pay order for Rs. 2000/- in the name of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital Rawalpindi should reach the PIO admn office latest by 15t' June, 2019 3. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview. The courses will start from 01 July, 2019. 4. During the period of training a stipend will be paid to the selected candidate as per policy of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital.
