NOTICE FOR ADMISSIONS IN DOCTOR OF PHYSIOTHERAPY & DOCTOR OF PHARMACY FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2019-2020
Applications are invited from the candidates for admission into 1st Year Doctor of Physiotherapy and Doctor of Pharmacy (Each 05 Years Degree Programme) for the Academic Session 2019-20 having domicile of Sindh Province from 18th November, 2019 to 2nd December, 2019.
( ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA )
) Candidate must have passed Intermediate / HSSC Pre-Medical Group or Equivalent Examination (e.g. A-Level. 12th Grade etc) duly certified by IBCC with Minimum 60% Marks with Grade-B in between 2016 to 2019. ) It is mandatory for Candidates to appear in Entry Test for Admission into 1st Year Doctor of Physiotherapy and Doctor of Pharmacy programmes to be conducted on Sunday 8th December, 2019 at LUMHS, Jamshoro.
PROCEDURE TO APPLY )
Combined Prospectus containing separate Application Form for Each Discipline i.e Doctor of Physiotherapy and Doctor of Pharmacy can be obtained from College of Pharmacy with payment Rs.2500/- (Non-Refundable Fee) Candidate shall submit filled Application Form along-with all required Documents as per check list provided in Prospectus to the College of Pharmacy upto 2nd December, 2019 Application Form can also be downloaded from LUMHS website www.lumhs.edu.pk and should be forwarded to the College of Pharmacy along with Original Demand Draft of Rs.2500/- (Non-Refundable fee) in favor of College of Pharmacy and required documents as per check list provided in Prospectus upto 2nd December, 2019 through Courier Incomplete Application Forms and those submitted after the Last Date will NOT be accepted No Personal Contacts will be entertained All the Admissions will be provided on Purely Merit basis Admit Cards shall be issued by the College of Pharmacy from 5th December to 7th December, 2019 NOTES: 1) At time the collection of Admit Card, Candidate must bring Original Copy of Candidates' Bank Challan or Photocopy of Demand Draft 2) Complete Schedule of Admission Activities is available in the Prospectus and at LUMHS website www.lumhs.edu.pk
