SR. MANAGER NURSLNG (HEAD OF NURSING)

Qualification & Experience: B.Sc Nursing, with 15+ years experience in Nursing with at least 5 to 7 years in a managerial position with progressively higher responsibilities in a large tertiary care hospital. Incumbent should have good communication and work management skills and ability to manage and lead a team of 600+ nurses including those at a management level. Those having a Masters in Nursing or a Post Graduate Nursing Qualification, and work experience in Quality Assurance, Critical Care Nursing or any other Nursing sub-specialty or Nursing Educational Services will be preferred. Incumbent should have good leadership skills and have an analytical and problem solving approach to enhance quality of nursing care to be at a comparable level with that prescribed by international standards.
MANAGER NURSING SERVICES Qualification & Experience: Candidates should hold a B.Sc. Nursing and possess 8 to 10 years experience including 5 to 6 years at a supervisory level. Experience in Critical Care/ Nursing Education/ Quality Assurance will be an advantage. Candidates should have good communication and leadership skills.
