DEPUTY MANAGER HR A leading multinational manufacturing group, having its plant in Export Processing Zone, Landhi, Karachi, is looking to hire a responsible, dynamic. self-motivated individual for the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources who shall oversee daily activities of Human Resources Department of the company as per following details: Position : Deputy Manager Human Resource Qualification : Bachelor / Master Degree in HR from HEC approved University. Experience : 10 year minimum preferably in a manufacturing plant Age limit : 3540 Years Expertise in : Recruitment, Training and Development, Payroll and Benefits, Legal & Compliance. The required experiences, knowledges, skills, and attitude will include the following: • Revising and newly establishing HR system such for remuneration, grading. evaluation, developing etc. • Implementing development program to subordinates • All HR related knowledge especially salary calculation. • Local industries related knowledge • Management and leadership in HR Department • Team Building, Networking, Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving, and Negotiation Analytical Ability, Logical Thinking, Project Management • Good Verbal and Written Communication and Presentation • Proficient in MS Words/Excel and Power Point • Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times and Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations The preferences will include the following: • Working in a different country and/or studying abroad. • GA Related knowledge • Labour Market situation Good knowledge of ISMS, IMS will be considered as preference
