Uni-Food Industries Limited is a joint venture company backed by sponsors of three well established business groups of Pakistan having investments in various manufacturing and financial sectors including sugar mills, insurance companies and banks. We have set up a manufacturing line for bakery products at our factory located in Hub, Balochistan and have introduced our first brand Good Goodies cakes in the bakery and confectionery segment. We are looking for a highly experienced, energetic and dynamic candidate for the role of CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER to manage the daily operations of the business. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute business strategy. • Work together with marketing & sales heads to ensure effectiveness of the distribution network, productivity of the sales team and achievement of sales targets. • Strengthen the team through coaching, development and training and ensure a pipeline of talent for the business. • Manage P&L by delivering top line and bottom line results. Qualification & Experience: • MBA from IBA, LUMS or any other reputable institution with a minimum of 20 years experience in FMCG industry. • Experience in both Sales and Marketing with exposure to other general management functions.
