Shifa City Hospital (Sialkot), a project of Shifa International Hospital leading tertiary care JCI Accredited hospital in Pakistan, is a 100-bed Hospital. Shifa City Hospital seeks dynamic & result oriented professionals for following positions:-
ADMINISTRATOR SHIFA CITY HOSPITAL
Qualification / Experience & Skills ? Advance degree in health care administration, MHA/ MBBS/ MPH or Master's degree in Business Administration/ Health Care Management. ? At least 10 years of senior management experience, proven substantial leadership and operational management experience and success in leading, managing, setting strategies for a medium to large healthcare provider setting. ? A good understanding & working experience of entire range of hospital management.
Responsibilities 1. Provide direction for strategic and operational matters including clinical delivery, financial, human resources and quality management in accordance with the vision, mission, values and policies of the organization. 2. Ensure that the implementation of the programmes and services and its growth, direction, quality and impact are realized in-line with hospital vision & mission for a health delivery system in Sialkot. 3. Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities, including investigation, evaluation, and negotiations in accordance with overall objectives and plans. 4. Initiate and develop a "Strategic Hospital Plan" for the next 3 and 5 years by incorporating all the relevant personnel representing Board, medical and hospital staff, patients, community etc.
5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. 6. Translate the strategic direction of the Board,goals and objectives into operational plans and activities. 7. Represent the hospital at different forums and all external constituents. Attend and serve on professional/civic/ service organizations as hospital representative. 8. Maintain compliance with regulations governing hospitals and the rules of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations & initiating changes where required.
NURSING MANAGER (HEAD OF NURSING) SHIFA CITY HOSPITAL
Qualification / Experience & Skills ? MSc in nursing with Master's Degree in Health Care Management/ Hospital Management will be preferred. ? At least 6-8 years of experience in nursing administration of a tertiary healthcare setup. ? Working experience in Joint Commission International Accredited and ISO certified hospital. Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership in Nursing Care Delivery System, embedded with clinical expertise along with latest technological skills for the development and continuous patient satisfaction. 2. Provide both strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of high quality care. 3. Demonstrate knowledge and application of key clinical quality indicators and proactively monitor and implement systems. 4. Assure adherence to standards of care and ensure consistent level
of nursing care is provided throughout the continuum of care. 5. Ensure nursing standards are met and maintained, and the nursing care meets regulatory standards and requirements. 6. Capable to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and evaluate nursing operations. 7. Ensure efficient work flow, delineation of duties / responsibilities, efficient staffing patterns, appropriate supervision and effective communication to staff and other departments.
