Job Description
Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a PEC accredited university along with ASME NQA-1 Certification. Candidate should possess excellent knowledge and understanding of the functional discipline and its practical application, satisfactory writing/communication skills and command over MS office products andmust have thorough knowledge of applicable industry codes.



Experience:

At least 20 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas sector.



Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for documentation and control of Quality Systems and Processes and ensuring that all relevant OSHA requirements are identified, implemented and maintained. The candidate will administer calibration program for all test and inspection equipment, administer Corrective Action Request Program/System, analyze data for improvement, oversee quality control, manage, plan and improve inspection & testing program, including maintenance of all required inspection records, monitoring of testing and inspections to specified standards, analyzing non-conformances and implementing process improvement and taking corrective actions. The incumbent will troubleshoot quality problems, provide recommendations/solutions, work with the process engineers to document methodologies and implement testing and inspection criteria, establish QC requirements and oversee QC for incoming material and equipment from suppliers, manage QA Program, conduct internal quality audits and safety inspections. The candidate will also provide appropriate quality and safety training, maintain NQA-1 auditor status and create safety culture in the company.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems / Electronics engineering from a PEC accredited university. The candidate should have knowledge of managing online pipeline operations, SCADA system, communication setup and computer systems related to telecommunication. The candidate must have high level of integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills.



Experience:

Minimum 15 years’ experience of supervising and maintaining Telecommunication or SCADA system in a large industry.



Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for managing Telecom and SCADA operations and will be required to monitor critical operating parameters of Telecommunications and SCADA systems and ensure uninterrupted communication and data acquisition, timely attendance, diagnosis of critical alarms and quick response to emergency calls. Review and analyze requirements for system upgrades, hardware and software maintenance, procurement, revamping proposals, etc. The incumbent will have to keep abreast of latest developments in Telecommunication, SCADA and relevant technology. The person will be responsible for improving the capability and efficiency of Telecommunication & SCADA systems, tools and equipment as well as personnel. The incumbent will be working in close coordination with Pipeline Operations team and will be required to liaise with consultants, vendors, contractors, etc.



Age: Should not exceed 45 years.
