The training program will offer learning exposure into various business functions where successful candidates will be provided with on the job training under the supervision of senior leaders in the organization. During this tenure they will be able to enhance their knowledge and realize full potential to grow as future leaders. Minimum 16 years of education with 4-years Bachelor's Degree in: • Marketing • Management Sciences • Human Resources • Accounting & Finance • Supply Chain • Computer Sciences • Law (Degree type: MBA/BBA/BS/LB/LLM/ Equivalent foreign degree)
Minimum 16 years of education with 4-years Bachelor's (Engineering) Degree in: • Mechanical • Mechatronics • Electrical • Industrial Electronics • Chemical • Computer Sciences • Civil (Degree type: MSc / MS (Engineering) I BE I BSc (Engineering)/Equivalent Engineering foreign degree)

PSO reserves the right to set the test cut-off based on number of trainee requirements and test result. • All shortlisting and selection shall be based on merit only. use of any means to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification of the candidate. • Final selection will be subject to clearing the test, assessment and panel interview, degree verification and medical clearance. • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. • One-year training assignment does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligaiton on the Company to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of training period. Eligible candidates may register themselves with Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) on their prescribed form available at registration.pts.org.pk latest by November 05, 2018 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.130/- (One Hundred and Thirty Only) directly to PTS, latest by November 05, 2018. Applicants who have completed registration process previously (inclusive of fee payment), will be considered as per pre-defined eligibility criteria, and need not apply again or pay any fee in lieu of same.
