HEAD OF COMMERCIAL

Experience 12-15 years in Shipping / Terminal industry (including 5-10 years of experience in leading Sales and Commercial team) Age: Upto 45 years Qualification Masters in Marketing & Sales / Supply Chain / Finance discipline Candidate should have clear understanding and extensive hands-on experience of Sales Strategy Development, Direct Sales and Sales Support in Global Environment Overseas Agent Relationship and Commercial Contracts Management. The candidate should also have practical exposure of Customer Services and Credit Control, Market Intelligence and Reporting, and Consumer Behavior Analysis. The potential candidate be responsible for expanding Customers' Portfolio and ensuring sustained Customer Relationship and should carry Commercial Mindset along with understanding of the Pakistan Market for strong command over Budget preparations. Candidate should exhibit strong leadership capabilities, result oriented approach, excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
