Denim Plant (Lahore)
Sr. Manager Sourcing •MBA Supply Chain Management / B.Sc. Textile / Garment Engineering from a HEC / PEC recognized institute •10•12 years' experience of procurement in large scale Denim Manufacturing •Sound knowledge of fabric types (color, covering, behavior), garments construction & quality parameters, market & pricing trends across local & International markets, purchasing norms, ERP and supply chain management concepts

Manager Support Services •MBA / MPA / Masters In Human Resource Management from a NEC recognized Institute •8-10 years' experience In HR & Administration including Implementation of customers' code of conduct In large scale Denim Manufacturing •Sound knowledge of strategic HR, employee / Industrial relations, general administration, labor laws and ENS Compliance
Asst. Manager EHS •M.Sc. Chemistry / 85. Environmental Sciences from a NEC recognized Institute •5-7 years' experience of handling EHS assignments In large scale Manufacturing, including compliance audits, International customers' code of conduct, environment protection and raising awareness of related policies and procedures for internal stakeholders •Sound understanding of international standards, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, OCs, GOB, C•TPAT, WRAP, safety equipment, hazard assessment, risk management, internal audit and legal requirements. ETP operations knowledge will be an added advantage

Manager Production Planning •MBA Supply Chain Management / B.Sc. Industrial / Garment Engineering from a NEC / PLC recognized institute •840 years' experience of production planning in large scale Denim Manufacturing •Sound knowledge of cut to pack planning, forecasting, load balancing & lean manufacturing concepts, WIP management, understanding of MRP, MPS, CRP and ERP software system planning modules
Ant. Manager Operations CAD and Cutting •8.5c. in Textile / Industrial Engineering from a HEC / PEC recognized institute •610 years' experience of CAD and cutting operations in large scale Denim Manufacturing •Good knowledge of production systems, sewing techniques, pattern marker program, garments construction, supply chain management and lean manufacturing techniques
Manager Laundry •M.Sc. / B.Sc. Textile Engineering from a NEC / PEC recognized Institute •8-10 years' experience In large scale Denim Manufacturing •Sound knowledge of new denim washing trends, laser, dry and wet processing, new methods for increasing efficiency by keeping liaison with local abrasion and washing team and ensuring quality standards Deputy Manager Quality Control •B.Sc. Textile Engineering / M.Sc. / MBA TOM from a PEC / NEC recognized Institute •64 years' experience of operations / quality management in large scale Denim Manufacturing •Sound knowledge of garments stitch to pack process, quality assessment tools QCC, S why's and RCA techniques, ISO 9001, chemical processing, lab testing & quality and safety standards Ant. Manager Sew Maintenance •DAE preferably 8.5c. Mechanical Engineering from a NEC / PEC recognized Institute •15 years' DAE & 5.7 years' engineering experience in large scale Denim Manufacturing •Good knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance, developing plans for installation of new machines understanding of utility equipments by ensuring ENS and lean manufacturing practices
Apparel Plant (Faisalabad)
Manager Engineering •g.se. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a NEC / PEC recognized institute •1012 years' experience of managing the engineering department and leading a diverse team in large scale Knitwear Apparel Manufacturing •Good understanding of utilities, electrical distribution system, mechanical, compressed air system, estate / civil works and ENS standards
Deputy Manager Cutting •8.5c. Textile engineering from a NEC/ PEC recognized institute •8.10 years' experience of managing cutting section in large scale Knitwear Apparel Manufacturing •Good understanding of CAD / CAM software, grip on working with automation system like spreaders & cutters and sound knowledge of fabric consumption, reconciliation, cut plan and Lean awareness Asst. Manager Stitching • B.Sc. Textile engineering from a NEC / PEC recognized institute •5.7 years' experience of managing stitching section in large scale Knitwear Apparel Manufacturing
•Sound knowledge of sewing lines operations, organizing the assembly lines according to product specs, WIP management and lean methodologies (SMED, 6S, Andean etc.)
Pattern Developer Officer (CAD / CAM) • Intermediate, preferably pattern design course •1245 years' experience In large scale Knitwear Apparel Manufacturing •Good knowledge of making / modifying soft & hard patterns, CAD / CAM software (TUKA & GGT), prototyping data analysis solutions and seam allowances & shrinkage margins of all WPCs of fabrics and pattern related issues
Sample Room In-charge Stitching •F.A / F. Sc. or equivalent •12-15 years' experience as sample room in-charge including 8-10 years' as machine operator in large scale Knitwear Apparel Manufacturing •Good understanding of SAM / SMV, processes of sample room form knit to pack, technical package & garment samples
Active Wear Plant (Faisalabad)
