HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Location: Dubai / Sector: Telecom
A well-established company in telecom is looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager. Job Requirements:
1. University degree in any of the following disciplines: HR, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or Management.
2. Ten (10) years experience in the Administration and Personnel Department, of which at least 4 years are in a Supervisory or Managerial capacity.
3. In-depth knowledge of the UAE labor and employment-related government regulations.
4. Track record in defining and improving work processes in the area of personnel services.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
7. Presentation skills.
8. Excellent human relations skills, with the ability to interact effectively with managers and staff at all levels; fairness and objectivity in dealing with employees.
9. Analytical, data-rational and high attention to detail.
10. Results-focused and conscientious.
