We are looking for high caliber professionals for following positions based at our office in Islamabad. Senior General Manager - Projects Coordination The incumbent shall coordinate implementation of organization's programs and track their progress. He/she shall ensure timely completion of program components. He/she will be responsible to provide guidance & support to Program Directors heading grant-based programs. The job entails overseeing of appropriate staffing for programs and ensure that training needs are met. The person shall provide mentoring and guidance to program staff. The incumbent shall also scrutinize disbursement notes, field reports and other relevant documentation and ensure that observations of joint activities and financial monitoring are adequately addressed. He/she shall oversee MIS of program, liaison with MIS department, oversee monthly reports and ensure data alignment with Monitoring. Evaluation & Research and MIS departments. The person will manage pre-award grant implementation and post award grant functions Song with review of all new appraisal documents. The position requires to ensure closure of all grants with Finance unit. He/she shall call and record grant management committee meetings and ensure timely documentation for board meetings. The person will be required to coordinate with Monitoring, Evaluation & Research for all program related studies. baseines. research. GIS etc. The candidate should have at least 16 years of education or Masters degree in Social Sciences relevant disciplines / Project ManagemenUMasters in Business Administration / Masters in Public Administration from HEC recognized institute. At least ten (10) years of relevant experience and at least five (05) years in team management role with national and/or international development sector organization(s). Proven experience in managing grant-based programs. poverty related interventions and gender mainstreaming within programs. Experience of supervising a team of at least 30 people will be an added advantage. He/she shall have proven expertise of managing field-based programming and monitoring across Pakistan. Possesses skill set in advisory, inter-organization and extemal cooperation, partnership building. Should be able to effectively and efficiently mobilize and manage resources. The candidate must possess the ability to delegate tasks in the team along with good Leadership and Coaching Skills. He/she must possess excellent written communication and presentation skills. The position requires proficiency in MS Office suite and MIS Programs. Should have Excellent team management skills and team working skills to work in a inter unit and cross functional team(s). Holds good Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills. The candidate must be skilled in Time Management and Multi-tasking.
Coordinator - Thematic Strategies The incumbent shall be responsible to commission strategy papers by people within or outside the organization for strategy documents on selected subjects as per agreed format. He/she shall develop standard formal and style for all strategies along with reviewing, recasting. rewriting and editing misting strategy papers as per standard. The position requires to arrange peer reviews for strategy documents and present these to the management. He/she shall supervise and implement process of strategy development, review, finalize and prepare these for the Board. The role also requires to orient organization's all departments on finalized strategies and ensure incorporation of these strategies in all programs of the organization, MoUs and initiatives with government etc. The person shall be responsible to ensure that strategies are embedded in all proposals developed and sent out by the organization to the donors. The incumbent will be required to work in close collaboration with and provide guidance to thematic focal points within the organization. The candidate should have at least 16 years of education or Master's degree in Social Sciences relevant disciplines / Project Management/Masters in BusinessAdministration / Masters in Public Administration from HEC recognized institute. At least seven (07) years of relevant experience with at least three (03) years in team management role with national and/or international development sector organization(s). The ability to synthesize information from diverse sources including desk studies. secondary studies. internet sources. primary data collection and collecting information from stakeholders for analysis and group discussions. He/she shall be adept in developing concept notes and papers, briefing notes. strategy notes and papers and policy documents. Expert in assembling raw data into final printable documents. Must have the capability of delegating tasks in the team along with good leadership and coaching skills. Impeccable written communication, presentation editing skills required along with proficiency in MS Office suite. The ideal candidate should have exceptional problem solving, time management and multi-tasking skills.
