Experience Requirements

A LARGE EUROPEAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP IN UAE JOBS OPPORTUNITY
REQUIRES FOR THEIR OPERATIONS IN UAE:
CAMP MANAGER - 5 to 10 years experience.
CAMP BOSS - 3 to 5 ears ex erience.
Required Technical and Behavioral Skills
• Can speak, read and write in the English language
• Experienced in handling large labour accommodations
• Ability to communicate effectively with camp residents
• Ability to handle diverse workforce (mostly Asians)
• Proactive in emergency situations
• Ability to handle housekeeping, catering, employee discipline,
security, etc.
• Ability to mobilize manpower to required sites and arrange
their food on time
