Master degree in social sciences. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience of planning and conducting training on gender and violence against women issues. • Experience of working in community on the issues of GBV. • Proven capacity to develop training material (module) and other related handouts. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Experience of managing projects related to training and community mobilization on the issues of GBV. ? Excellent reporting skills. can develop reports as per agreed format and timeframe. • Ability to handle tasks independently and deliver in limited time period. ? Sensitivity towards gender. women and children issues. • The experience of working with women shelters will be an advantage • Good command on computer skills i.e. Microsoft office, MS Excel. ? Willingness to travel to Sukkur and Hyderabad ? Previous experience of working with women shelters will be an added advantage.
