One of the largest banks of the country is inviting applications against the following position from professionals with proven track record and capacity to perform as a catalyst for transformation in a challenging environment in the area of Human Resource.
The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:
01 Job Title: Head of Employees Benefits Wing Academic / Professional Qualification • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable University / Institution • HR Certification / Specialization will be preferred Experience • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR • Candidates having Banking HR experience will be preferred Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required Knowledge: • Detailed knowledge of HR processes and control flows which include final settlement, taxations, efficient management of funds and end service benefits. • Well aware of Central Bank PR's related to HR and establishment of audit controls. Competencies: • Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy • Maintain high level of confidentiality • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Leadership skills including Mentoring and Coaching • Self-motivation and the ability to work on HR initiatives • Good team player and experience of managing teams • Analytical Skills with Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and PP) Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities • Management and facilitation of full and final settlements for employees with proper completion of formalities in line with prescribed guidelines and compliance_ • Management and Facilitation of End of Service Benefits of Retiring Staff of the Bank. • Management and Facilitation of End of Service Benefits Grievances and its proactive settlement with timely response on PM portals and other areas. • Management of following funds of the Banks through Administrators / Trustees appointed by the competent authorities: (a) Pension Fund (b) Provident Fund (c) Benevolent Fund • Ensure that staff of Bank are insured as per the policy of the Bank. Management of all related matters of insurance coverage and its renewal. • To manage legal matters in consultation with Bank's Legal Division and Legal Advisors related to retirement & Post-Retirement Benefits to Bank's Employees and Ex-employees. • Ensure to provide seamless and efficient processing of all end services benefits, through automation and integration of systems in accordance with the Bank's prescribed policy and procedures. • To coordinate with External / Internal Auditors during Information Systems, Financial & Management Audits of the Wing. • To act as a secretary to Pension, Provident and Benevolent Funds which includes calling meeting, sending agenda items to members, drafting minutes and other allied responsibilities. • Ensure the compliance of Banking Laws, Regulations, Bank's instructions and procedure, rectification of Audit irregularities and their non-recurrence. • Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisory authority from time to time. Assessment Tests / Interviews: Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and /or panel interviews. Employment Type: The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management.
