The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions in Islamic banking:
1- Unit Head — Liability Products
2- Unit Head — Asset Products
3- Unit Head — Specialized Products

Basic Eligibility Criteria Qualification
Minimum Graduation. However, preference will be given equivalent from any HEC recognized institute / university Candidates having Islamic Banking qualification will be to candidates having MBA or reputable foreign institution. preferred.
Experience: Minimum o5 years' banking experience. Candidates having Islamic Banking Product development experience will be preferred.
Age: Up to 45 years Additional Skills / Expertise Required
• Must possess expertise in MS-Office
• Must have thorough understanding of SBP instructions and guidelines, AAOIFI standards etc.
• Must have comprehensive understanding of Islamic Banking Modes / Products / Services Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
• To develop new liability / asset I specialized products parallel to the Bank's strategy, Vision I Mission
• To review existing liability / asset / specialized products and its continuous improvement
• To develop / update SOPs for new I existing products
• To monitor market and plan new products as per Bank's strategy
• To present new product ideas
• To obtain approvals from concerned department and prepare feasibility reports
• To manage development processes and testing phases of the product
• To prepare Marketing Plans and manage Marketing Process
• To conduct training sessions about the new products and launch the product Assessment

Interviews:
Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and panel interviews. Employment Type: The employment will be on Contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / Rules.
